MSW 5 Foundation is a Michigan based private family foundation established in 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity having received this designation from the Internal Revenue Service.
Moe Walji
President
Moe is one of the co-founders of MSW 5 Foundation and serves as its President, as well as a member of the board. Along with his wife, Moe established the foundation to further his family’s philanthropic endeavors. Moe has an extensive background in finance and multiple decades of experience managing and growing business portfolios. He is currently Managing Director at Confideo LLC (www.confideollc.com), a Michigan based private investment entity. Along with his business acumen, Moe brings a deep passion for serving others to his role at the Foundation.
Sabaira Jagani-Walji
Vice President
Sabaira is involved in the identification of 501(c)(3) charities with which MSW 5 can partner in achieving the Foundation’s objectives. She brings years of experience gained in the banking and insurance industries from earlier in her career and her ongoing experience as the chief executive of a busy young household to her role at the Foundation. She is also a co-founder of the Foundation.
Jeff Moss
Director
Jeff is an experienced attorney and brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a Director of MSW 5 Foundation. He concentrates his legal practice in the areas of tax law, estate planning, business transactions, tax exempt non-profit matters and real estate transactions.
